CLXXXVIII. ESTRATEGIAS DE APRENDIZAJE EN LA EDUCACIÓN SUPERIOR QUE INCIDEN EN LA INVESTIGACIÓN

Abstract

In the present work, the learning strategies that affect research in higher-level students are
identified. When speaking of teaching and learning strategies, allusion is made to the
processes used by higher-level students to carry out each of the Activities that are required
in the subjects that make up the educational programs, with the specific guidance of the
instructor (the teacher) to achieve their competence. From the student's perception, these
strategies and their link with the research processes that support the consultation sources used
for this are valued. The study was carried out in 20 educational institutions of the Yucatecan
entity, with a sample of 93% confidence and an estimation error of 0.07, equivalent to 168
instruments applied, with a descriptive quantitative research approach. As a result, it was
obtained that study subjects more frequently use essays or summaries for class assignments
and projects, with a mean of 3.52 and a standard deviation of 0.638, on the other hand, 33.9%
present an absence of knowledge of Precise form in the form of citation and registration of
references, when carrying out activities associated with research and 9.5% establish in an
excellent way (without hesitation), the form of respect for authorship. By way of conclusions,
the implementation of activities to strengthen research for the promotion of scientific
vocations is proposed.
