Abstract

The subject addressed has as its object the design of a proposal that facilitated any
interested party to update the Colombian technical guide - GTC 45, in its current version
2012. The above, through a study of a qualitative approach, of a descriptive type, not
experiential. Four (4) phases were contemplated for the development of the specific
objectives and obtaining results, ranging from the bibliographic review to the technical
documentation of the update proposal.
