Abstract
In the environment of the Covid 19 pandemic, the students of the classes of
construction procedures of a private university located in the northeast of Mexico
found themselves with the restriction of not being able to attend site visits and absolutely depending
of the digital world for learning. From this perspective, teachers find ourselves
with the challenge of creating attractive and interesting environments for students to learn
in a more active way, managing to maintain the student's interest in acquiring knowledge through
through an interactive platform. The objectives of this work are to show the process by
which the students of the 5th semester of architecture were able to use a game-like platform
to learn and develop skills that were affected by forced confinement
during the pandemic. The methodology used consisted of applying tools based on
games to simulate real work situations, connecting the conceptual contents
with the procedural and attitudinal ones, so that learning is achieved in a
integral and not only isolated as it had been developing during the confinement. The
authors seek to validate that interactive games are an effective tool for learning
development of leadership skills, problem solving and collaboration among
students. The results obtained were very satisfactory, since the students expressed
a great interest in the activity and the application of concepts that until now had been
seen theoretically in an environment that seemed attractive and familiar to them. The fact of
