Abstract

The irruption of new participatory methodologies. The accompaniment of educational agents
– community mothers – from the area of Bosa in Bogota, which has as a challenge the
pedagogical and political participation in their locality, educational workers are considered as
leaders and players of their own pedagogical project in every communitarian home. Despite
some progress and a positive process in leadership and participation of educational workers in
government programs and projects in local a national level, it continues to invisibility situations
and breakup collective knowledge, since the local associations involved lack reflection on the management of knowledge, reducing the dynamics and productivity of the local educational
projects.
