Abstract

The ICD is more than statistics, because it links medical care of populations vs. states
of health, information necessary to propose benefit plans, costing approaches and contractual
relationships, with the scope of health reforms worldwide.
It also impacts reporting and recording information in the clinical history, reflecting
the relationship between different actors (user-physician-provider-insurer-insurergovernments-WHO), which are determined by the difference or concordance of the results
pursued by the organizations, due to this, a sample was taken, and a qualitative study was
carried out on professionals of a health provider, who are the first step in the value chain.
The initial result was that diseases are classified with higher prevalence according to
the health system where the disease develops, diagnoses recorded with a lack of precision in
non-specific ICDs.
For this reason, it is necessary that the academy, providers and others who record data
in the clinical history carry out training for professionals in training and already graduated,
as well as insurers-providers-government to generate greater motivation to all participants in
the system so that together they achieve common objectives, such as creating value in health
for each population that is linked to a disease. This has a positive impact on the accuracy of
diagnoses and the relationship with patients' preferences to propose treatment plans
according to the most cost-effective needs-expectations of the users.
