##plugins.themes.bootstrap3.article.main##
Abstract
Educational transformation processes in the local Amazonian context have been
characterized by their limited access to new technologies. In this sense, the design of learning objects constitutes an opportunity to dissipate the digital gaps since the incorporation of ICT
Information and Communication Technologies. In this logic, the training of teachers around
the design, implementation and evaluation of learning objects translates into a process of
educational transformation from teaching practice. The research has the participation of 173
people, among them: directors, teachers, and students of an educational institution of the
Canton Joya de los Sachas, Orellana Province. Given the nature of the Participation Action
Research method, the behavior of the members of the educational community is analyzed
from the objectivity and subjectivity of the research instruments.
