Abstract
The present work arises from the Didactic Laboratory of Good Practices in Inclusive
Education (Lab-Dii) whose main purpose is to contribute to the strengthening of teaching
capacities and assertive accompaniment of teachers and parents when working with people
with "dis”Ability. To achieve this, this applied research created a training strategy called
permanent seminar on "dis”Ability, due to the problems derived from the poor pedagogical
and didactic training for inclusion, in the BA in Early Childhood Education at UNIMINUTO
UVD. Since this seminar, they have been trained and qualified through thematic Webinars,
and distance work sessions, on topics such as strategies for inclusive accompaniment such as
writing and reading the Braille system, the basic command of Colombian Sign Language and
strategies of augmentative and alternative communication, among others. This web
environment, in turn, has made it possible to stimulate one of the central purposes of the
research, which is the creation of low-cost didactic prototypes, for working with people with
“dis”Abilities, their families and teachers. This experience has led to the conclusion that the
technological possibilities of remote encounters when used in favor of inclusion, not only
reduce training gaps, but they also reduce barriers to inclusive education; Likewise, inclusive
didactic innovation can be effectively motivated through distance.
