Abstract

The quality of education is a topic that is in the first scene of the discussion of professionals
today, especially in teacher training processes that involve the development of skills to teach
thinking, articulation of ICT skills, and other skills related to their teaching practice.
Discussion that implies recognizing in a concrete way the factors that affect the practices of
these graduates, the articulation of ICT, the evaluation of the training processes and teacher
updating in the context of new challenges for the management and management of
information, knowledge and the learning. Therefore, the project studies the training process
and the incidents in the professional practice of graduates of educational informatics
programs from the faculty of education of the University from which they graduate. In the
work process with the graduates, it is intended to know these implications of the academic
and professional training that will relate the training proposals of the academic programs,
their relationship with the environment and the incidence of the ICT educational policy. With
a qualitative non-experimental approach that, when reading in the different sections, gives
