Abstract

This research seeks, through the description of the implementation practices of Decree 1421
of 2017 in two District Educational Institutions of Bogotá, to identify, analyze and compare
the processes that are carried out from the difficulties and challenges that support teachers
present , finally seeking to formulate guidelines that allow optimizing educational work
within the framework of inclusion and attention to diversity, which, although not new,
schools still have fewer reflections on the elements and tools for transformation to achieve
reasonable adjustments , with the aim of problems, access, permanence and promotion in the
educational system, the adaptation of the necessary flexibilities, the elimination of barriers
in a diverse context.
Parallel to this, it is hoped to generate reflections on inclusion so that a more comprehensive
vision can be had, thus enabling spaces enriched with the diversity of thoughts, culture, and
humanity.
