Abstract

Due to the pandemic caused by SARV-COV2, the operation of the School Technical
Councils (CTE) in preschool in the municipality of Puebla, Pue. it was implemented through
distance sessions to achieve its objectives with the learners in this new modality. Therefore,
the perception of the teaching staff regarding the work done during the CTE sessions was
verified.
The implemented methodological design had a quantitative, non-experimental,
retrospective cut of the operation of the School Technical Councils (CTE) of preschool
education during the period of confinement. In this way, from a sample of 370 participants,
a newly designed instrument was implemented that, submitted to the Exploratory Factor
Analysis, allowed to determine five factors related to the dimensions of the Analysis Model
of this study: a) design of new strategies, b) learning organizational, c) operation of the CTE,
d) teacher evaluation, e) continuous training.
That according to the results it allows a greater analysis of the dimension of the
operation of the School Technical Councils (CTE) where it is concluded that: a) during the
pandemic the CTE continued to meet, despite the difficulties in remote work with the
members of each teaching group b) and more than half of the teachers surveyed perceive that
their authorities do not act with the responsibility they are in charge of during the CTE
sessions, leaving an open area of investigation.
