Abstract
The Technological Units of Santander, UTS, in their pedagogical model, consider that the integrative and / or classroom projects constitute a methodological and evaluation strategy that provide their contribution to the solution of different problems in the environment. Although they are institutional pedagogical guidelines, these methodological strategies are not yet applied in a generalized way in the different courses of academic programs. Therefore, to highlight the importance of its application and its impact on learning outcomes, the objective was to select an academic course in the last semester of the Public Accounting program in its two levels of training, in order to implement in an articulated with the students, the execution of intervention plans and business strengthening for Bucaramanga and its Metropolitan Area. This experience leads us to conclude that it is worth strengthening the application of this learning strategy and taking it into account, as an important option in all academic courses of the different programs, to support, not only the pedagogical and didactic process, but, motivate students to practice what they have learned, strengthening the skills acquired and strengthening, at the same time, the important ties of collaboration between academia and industry.
