ABSTRACT
Corporate education has become a key tactic for the growth of modern companies.
Companies can significantly improve the productivity of their employees through training
and continuing education programs. These programs provide them with the latest knowledge
and skills. This reduces errors and downtime and fosters innovation and efficiency in internal
processes. In addition, corporate education aids internal talent development by identifying
and empowering high-potential employees, reducing external hiring costs and improving
talent retention.
This work is justified by the need to have a comprehensive and humane model of
corporate education, which goes beyond approaches based solely on risks and regulations,
which seeks to generate an explanation that recognizes the perspectives of workers and
promotes their personal and professional development within their work environment.
The results of this research will identify the main benefits of corporate education for
companies, evaluate its impact on competitiveness and determine innovative tools that
strengthen the skills of workers within the work environment. It is expected that this study
will contribute to the generation of knowledge in the field of corporate education and to the
adoption of more sustainable and humanized practices in organizations.
