Approach and scope

The Journal Diálogos Interdisciplinarios en Red - ISSN : 2711-3191 is a peer-reviewed technical, scientific and cultural journal published quarterly by the EIDEC publishing house of the Escuela Internacional de Negocios y Desarrollo Empresarial de Colombia, with Peer Reviewers from the Education Research Network, Business and Society - REDIEES' main objective is the publication of works resulting from research or theoretical reviews that are articulated with the interest of both the academic and business environments, in which letters to the editor, editorial notes, scientific notes, case studies, essays, scientific articles, review and reflection in the different interdisciplinary areas of networking from the social, human and applied sciences are published.

Its target audience is professionals, academics, researchers and students, who seek to be updated in content related to the thematic areas addressed by the publication. 

EDITORIAL POLICIES

Review Policy

Articles submitted for review for publication should be addressed and sent to the Journal Diálogos Interdisciplinarios en Red, in digital format, MS Word version, to OJS or to the e-mail comiteeditorial@editorialeidec.com.  The articles sent must be original and not be in the process of being evaluated in another scientific publication at the same time as they are submitted, which is why it is essential that the authors sign a letter of presentation and a partial license for use, provided by the journal, where they certify the above. All documents sent to the journal are subject to "Simple blind" review (the authors will not know the evaluators, but the evaluators will know the authors) by "ad honorem" experts. The following are the stages of arbitration through which all documents pass: Review by the editorial team: the criteria for substance and presentation are reviewed according to the rules of the journal. Evaluation by academic peers: the manuscript is sent to two academic peers who are experts in the area, who will develop a scientific concept and form of the manuscript within a month. Based on these concepts, the editor will issue an editorial decision in which the author is formally informed of the results of the publication of the article, which are: accepted, rejected, or accepted with conditions.proofreading: when an article is accepted, the author must send the final version of the manuscript within a maximum of two months. At this stage, it is verified that the author has made the modifications suggested by the evaluators, if applicable. Layout: once the final version of the document is available, the text is formatted and the necessary files are generated for the printed and digital publication of the issue of the journal. If this does not result in a unified solution, the Editorial Board will decide on the final publication of the manuscript in question. The content of the journal is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivativeWorks 4.0 International license; however, any request from the author for permission to reproduce will be evaluated. For the publication of manuscripts in this journal it is necessary that the author(s) guarantee the fulfillment of the ethical principles mentioned in the "Declaration of fulfillment of the ethical principles", at the same time, the journal has as reference the Code of conduct and good practices that defines the Committee of Ethics in Publications, for editors of scientific journals, this guarantees an adequate response to the needs of the readers and authors, assuring the quality of what is published, protecting and respecting the content of the articles as well as the integrity of the same. Embargo policyThe journal must not present an embargo on its content. Evaluation timeA time of (6) six days is estimated, from the reception of the document until the emission of the concept of the editorial committee on the compliance of the norms, contents and parameters of the journal section. Once the endorsement of the article is granted to continue with the process, the evaluation of the document is requested to the peers, this depends on the availability of the evaluators. The time limit between the request and the response from an evaluator is (10) ten days. If there is no response within those days, the evaluation request is sent to other peers and when the evaluator agrees to review the document, the evaluation format is sent. When the evaluator accepts to review the document, the evaluation format is sent, which has a maximum period of (20) twenty days to make and send the concept. Upon receiving the evaluation, and if the evaluator included suggestions for changes, the authors are notified and have a maximum period of (15) fifteen days to make changes in form and (30) thirty days to make changes in substance. The correction time varies according to the characteristics of the manuscript.

The diagrammed document is sent to the author to review the latest version.

After approval, the document is published in its printed and digital versions. The time until the printing of the paper version depends entirely on the management of the external supplier and internal procedures.

Authors of articles in the evaluation process are notified every six months so that they can decide whether to continue with the editorial process.

Conflict of Interest Statement

In compliance with the requirements for the publication of articles in the Journal Diálogos Interdisciplinarios en Red, it is necessary that the authors inform, preferably as an author's note in the manuscript, of possible conflicts of interest in the research work.

The names and e-mail addresses entered in this magazine will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this magazine and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other person.

Copyright notice The authors retain the copyright and assign to the journal the right to first publication, with the work registered under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-No DerivativeWorks 4.0 International license, which allows third parties to use what is published as long as they mention the authorship of the work and the first publication in the Diálogos Interdisciplinarios en Red journal - ISSN: 2711-3191

Authors may make other independent and additional contractual arrangements for non-exclusive distribution of the version of the article published in this journal (e.g., inclusion in an institutional repository or publication in a book) provided that they clearly indicate that the work was first published in the Journal Diálogos Interdisciplinarios en Red.
