VI. EMPOWERMENT OF RURAL WOMEN THROUGH THE MANAGEMENT OF SOCIO-COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIE

Abstract
This research work was carried out taking as a reference the Extension Program on the Empowerment of rural women through the management of socio-community development activities for the self-assessment of women in their work environments and within the family, empowerment economic, management capacity and leadership in their communities by carrying out productive activities. The main objective of this research work was to describe the results obtained from the perspective of the women who have participated in it by applying a Perceived Community Contribution questionnaire in the following dimensions: community integration, community participation and community organizations. A bibliographic research was carried out and later the questionnaire drawn up was applied taking as support the theoretical support. Based on the results obtained, it can be affirmed that the implementation of this Program yielded positive results, hence the need to continue carrying out this type of program that helps to generate knowledge in various areas of women's performance within their community. generating spaces for dialogue and socialization on expectations and generating a socioeconomic impact on their environment.
