The National System of Competences (SNC) has established itself as an integral actor in the standardization, training, evaluation and certification of labor competencies of productive agents in Mexico through the National Council for Standardization and Certification of Labor Competencies (CONOCER) whose objective It is to coordinate and promote the main functions of the SNC so that a national ecosystem is formed, strengthened by more competent entrepreneurs, workers, teachers, students and public servants. The job placement scenario in the municipality of Los Cabos has maintained a stable behavior for graduates of the Technological Institute of Higher Studies of Los Cabos, with an average of 88% from 2015 to 2021; However, it is necessary to consider strategies that impact on the graduation profile and facilitate the graduate's transition to the work environment; The foregoing, by becoming an Entity for the Certification and Evaluation of Labor Competencies since 2013, has been a premise to incorporate the evaluation and certification of labor competencies to the technological community in general, seeking to comply with the aforementioned prerogatives: strengthening the graduation profile and boost to labor insertion; contributing to SDG 4, ensure inclusive, equitable and quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all.
