Abstract

ABSTRACT
The study was carried out in the institution of the National Police of Colombia, which
provides protection of well-being, assistance in case of accident, catastrophe or public
calamities, cooperation in conflict resolution, among others. The main objective of this
research is to analyze the psychosocial risks that affect the work performance of the personnel
of operational and technical assistants through the mixed methodology to determine the level
of risks, after determining the psychosocial risks in the institution we allow ourselves to make
a plan. of action, the study focused only on the operational auxiliaries of the police of the
ninth station since they are the most exposed to crimes against their lives, violent deaths,
disappearances, extortions and kidnappings, determining an impact on both a physical and
psychological level due to being in permanent contact compared to other hierarchical
positions. The results showed significant effects such as: work times, psychological demand,
suspension, workload, exhaustion was evident as burnout syndrome.
