Abstract

This work is a first approach to the reconceptualization of the home office
(teleworking) from the experience of COVID 19, in the middle managers of organizations
and how they have positively or negatively accepted this way of working professionalism
and its effectiveness. In addition, it´s important to understand that, as of March 2020, the
organizations changed their organizational structures, due to the need to continue working
long distance and, consequently, they had to generate a strategy (modify structures) to
continue working.
