The appearance of a new virus called SARS-CoV-2 in the global context generated the rapid
construction of public policies, in order to keep the population away from contagion. The
objective of this work is to analyze the design of public policy around the pandemic that
considers human dignity and the right to health in Colombia. Methodology: Systematic
review of public policies issued in Colombia during the pandemic and articles related to the
principle of human dignity and the right to health. The databases consulted were the official
website of the World Health Organization (WHO), the official website of the Colombian
health authority, specialized databases Medline, Embase, Scopus. Total files reviewed 150;
Inclusion criteria: public policy, human dignity, Covid-19, right to health, year 2020-2021.
Results: The public policies issued in Colombia once the pandemic was declared were more
than one hundred, however, they did not consider the principle of human dignity and those
of the right to health were based more on risk mitigation, organization of the health system,
management of economic resources; restriction to public places, biosafety protocols.
Conclusions: The first public policies were oriented towards confinement to preserve life.
But the intensive care units collapsed and human dignity was not considered even to die
Monica Patricia Tamayo BonillaJaneth Cecilia Gil Forero

https://revistaseidec.com/index.php/Rediir/article/view/539

The Substantive Labor Code establishes the types of contracts that recognize labor
relations, excluding the contract for the provision of services. The Constitutional Court,
unifying jurisprudence, reached the conclusion that regardless of the type of contract, in any
work activity contingencies may arise that trigger labor, civil and/or criminal responsibilities.
In this work, a jurisprudential analysis of reinforced labor and occupational protection was
made, identifying the sentences in which the Constitutional Court has made a distinction
between reinforced labor and occupational protection, determining its scope and the criteria
established for each of them. To achieve the established objectives, a descriptive investigation
was carried out, supported by the documentary design where theoretical references and
judicial decisions were used
Pablo Cesar Gaviria BautistaCindyth Lorena Cárdenas SotoCesar Augusto Silva GiraldoYohanna Milena Rueda Mahecha

https://revistaseidec.com/index.php/Rediir/article/view/538

Education is fundamental for human development at both the individual and social
levels. To address the issues facing students, it is crucial to take an active role in pedagogical
and investigative work, investigating the impact of the participation, training, and role of
different members of the educational community in school dropout, poor academic
performance, low motivation, and educational success of students. Thus, with the aim of
identifying the different learning factors that negatively affect the learning and performance
of primary school students at the Rural Educational Institution El Lobo in the municipality
of Puerto Rico, Department of Caquetá, Colombia, a qualitative study with a case study
approach was carried out. Information was collected through direct observation, a semistructured interview with 5 educators, and a survey of 30 parents. The results showed
deficiencies in the pedagogical practice of educators and complex family environments
characterized by cultural and economic problems that hinder the process of children's
education, leading to the conclusion that, in the face of multiple pedagogical, social, family,
technological, and economic difficulties, it is urgent to raise awareness and implement
collaborative work between schools and families to achieve better academic performance and
comprehensive education for students
Dulmary Artunduaga Parra

https://revistaseidec.com/index.php/Rediir/article/view/537

The university's knowledge and technology transfer (TCT) plays a fundamental role in
promoting development and innovation in the context of the knowledge society (SC). The
present study addresses the challenges and problems that the knowledge society presents to
the university, considered the main actor in the generation, transmission and management of
knowledge. Specifically, it focuses on presenting the main knowledge and technology
transfer mechanisms used by the university, to finally propose innovative transfer strategies
and fulfill its mission. The question posed is: What are the main challenges that the university
must face to carry out a TCT that effectively addresses the problems presented by SC? To
respond, it proposes: (1) identify the challenges that SC presents to the University to address
current problems; (2) present the TCT mechanisms, highlighting those related to the role of
the university's link with society; (3) propose innovative strategies in the management of
TCT. Methodologically, the work is based on the collection, analysis and evaluation of
secondary sources. Initially, a literature review was carried out on the challenges and
mechanisms that SC presents to the University to address current problems. Subsequently,
the data collected regarding successful TCT experiences in Universities were systematized
and analyzed to finally propose innovative strategies. It is concluded that Foresight and
Technological Surveillance can contribute to addressing the challenges presented by CS,
considering that they are tools to anticipate future changes, have a long-term vision, address
factors of change and stimulate socioeconomic development. strengthening the links between
the university and its environment.
Luis Guillermo MaldonadoMaría Gloria Paredes

https://revistaseidec.com/index.php/Rediir/article/view/536

Computational thinking has entered the educational field as a fundamental component in the
training of citizens capable of facing and solving problems inherent to the fourth industrial
revolution, making decisions, and developing creativity and critical thinking.
The present work initially exposes the general issues arising from the implementation of
computational thinking in education in some educational settings, specifically in the context
of I.E.M Luis Eduardo Mora Osejo, an official institution in the city of Pasto, Colombia, with
an emphasis on technical modalities.
Subsequently, contributions from some representative authors to the concept of
computational thinking are addressed, which are useful for reflection and understanding of
its scope.
Alternatives are proposed to achieve a transdisciplinary and interdisciplinary approach to
overcome barriers and contribute to the improvement of teaching and training in a relevant
and effective manner. Hence, the possibility of addressing computational thinking through a
holistic integration, taking into account the technical areas of secondary education: Graphic
Design, Electronics, and Computing. Document review was used as the information
collection technique, and the methodology is based on the qualitative paradigm.
Finally, educational policies and computational thinking initiatives in various countries
around the world are presented to provide an overview of projects and advancements from
different governments and entities.
Milvia Luceny Pantoja Mena

https://revistaseidec.com/index.php/Rediir/article/view/535

The teamwork competence is a research study which is part of the pedagogical competence,
as it is considered in all universities as a strategy that integrates in any group of individuals,
both in the workplace and in a professional setting. The professional training of the bachelor’s
degree in educational sciences is observed to be a formation that incorporates a profile of
emerging pedagogical competences. It aims to implement an educational intervention that
would foster the development of teamwork competence in the professional training of
Educational Sciences. The methodology employed was educational research with a
qualitative approach, using the Action Research method with its educational intervention
resource. A diagnostic assessment was conducted to identify the students' needs in relation
to teamwork competence, and an intervention plan was designed. The plan included 21
strategies and 42 activities over a three-week period with a total of 31 students. The most
relevant results showed that students achieved a high level of proficiency in leading work
groups and demonstrated a strong orientation towards high performance. The intervention
fostered an acceptable integration and collaboration through the implementation of strategies
for academic tasks, such as free expression of ideas, collaborative and cooperative work, and
active participation in team projects. The students' willingness to fulfill activities and meet
their objectives improved as a result of the intervention
Flérida Moreno Alcaraz
